  Cold Jet, a world leader in developing high performance, reliable dry ice cleaning solutions and production equipment will be providing live dry ice cleaning demonstrations at booth at the WJTA-IMCA. The demos utilize Cold Jet’s i³ MicroClean, which showcases the innovative dry ice blasting technology, a non-abrasive cleaning method that helps manufacturing facilities clean equipment in-place at operating temperatures, reduce downtime and extend the asset.   Cold Jet’s i³ MicroClean is one of the most effective and efficient precision dry ice cleaning systems ever built. Designed around Cold Jet’s patented shaved dry ice technology, the i³ MicroClean enables the cleaning of intricate cavities that other methods cannot reach. The i³ MicroClean system extends the life of equipment by eliminating the need for harsh chemicals, wire brushes and abrasive pads - and allows for increased cycles between preventative maintenance while reducing scrap rates.

  Guzzler Manufacturing and FS Solutions through distribution partnership with Gerotto of Italy will be demonstrating the latest advancements in hands free industrial vacuuming equipment. The Gerotto Lombrico, in conjunction with the Guzzler Classic, will demonstrate the Lombrico’s ability to remotely control the end of the vacuum hose for a completely hands free application with the ability to reach in tight locations otherwise unreachable via traditional methods. The Lombrico also has an assortment of attachments to customize the Lombrico to meet the application’s needs. The Lombrico removes the operator from tight locations and away from the powerful vacuum system to increase productivity and jobsite safety.

   Hammelmann will demonstrate some of the most recent state-of-the-art water blasting systems, controls and accessories available on the market today.

  Jetstream of Houston’s X-Series 325 HP Tier 4 waterblast unit will be used to demonstrate several specialized tools, including the revitalized Jetstream RotoMag X22, Peinemann XXLTC, and the VertiDrive M3 Robot. Built for extreme duty, Jetstream X-Series waterblasters are trusted to handle the toughest cleaning jobs in the most challenging operating environments. Jetstream systems provide reliable, efficient and safe waterblast cleaning power. The Jetstream RotoMag X22 is a 2-D self-powered, rotary pipe cleaning nozzle rated up to 22,000 psi. The RotoMag X22 can be used for small or large pipe and vessel applications with the use of the accessories available, from nozzle extensions to back-out preventers. The Peinemann XXLTC is a light-weight, compact hose feeding device that attaches directly to a pipe flange utilizing rubber blast hoses from 3/8” to ¾”. This tool is powered by wireless controls. The VertiDrive M3/M4 Robot removes scale, rust, paint and other coatings vertically, horizontally or overhead through these magnetic, innovative tools.   Keith Huber will demo and is proud to introduce the The Knight™ PD air-mover capable of 6100 CFM and designed to excel at a variety of wet/dry operations. This all-in-one machine incorporates the deep vacuum of the Knight™ for ultimate versatility and minimum project time. The Knight™ PD has the ability to pressure offload. The innovative Huber Master Control allows the operator to switch from wet to dry product at the push of a button, zero downtime. The combination of deep vacuum loading, patented 9 stage cyclone, and high air conveyance make the Knight™ PD ideal for moving sludges and dry product while reducing the frequency for clean out cycles.

  Day One StoneAge will demonstrate the new AutoBox ABX-3L flex lancing machine. Building on the reliability and performance of the ABX-2L, the 3L has been designed with triple lance capacity and hose containment for greater productivity and safety on large heat exchanger cleaning jobs. StoneAge will also be running the new Wireless Tracked Striker. This fully automated remote shotgunning system features a steerable tracked base and a wireless controller that allows the operator freedom of movement and continuous line of sight. This system enables safe and versatile surface cleaning and is built with future capabilities and modularity in mind.

  Day Two StoneAge will demonstrate the versatile new AutoBox ProDrive as the basis of a cost effective, hands-free kit that instantly allows contractors to automate cleaning for a wide variety of applications. This live demo will show the same ABX-PRO system transitioning from tube cleaning, to drain cleaning, and finally pipe cleaning by utilizing plug and play modularity with lightweight accessories.

  For the 2016 WJTA-IMCA love demonstration, Stutes Enterprise Systems is proud to introduce several new automated systems with Wireless Remote Control technology. The Predator X system will reach heights up to 50 feet and transverse (automatic) side to side with a 9 inch cleaning path. In addition, Stutes will continue with the new wireless remote controlled Hydra X Pad Blasting System. Same features as the popular manned version, but wireless to enable the operator to freely move about for better visual of cleaning surface. Stutes will conclude the demonstration with one of the most advanced robotic systems designed for the industrial cleaning industry, The Scorpion. The Scorpion is a wireless remote control shotgun system with a Patent Pending six axis nozzle stinger to mimic the function of a live operator cleaning with a hand held shotgun. The Scorpion will remove the operator from all high pressure hazards in virtually all applications.
